What Happens To A Colleague's Cashback When I Deactivate Them?

If your colleague is leaving the business, they will need to withdraw any cashback that is currently confirmed in their wallet. If there is any tracked cashback that is not available to withdraw, they will need to complete the support form, which can be found here.

Our Support team will get in touch with your colleague if the outstanding cashback has cleared within 90 days.
