If you are not receiving emails from LifeWorks there are several steps you can take to resolve this:
• Make sure you have selected the email notifications in the settings section of LifeWorks.
• Check your spam/junk filter to make sure emails coming from LifeWorks aren't automatically being placed here.
• Be sure to add the @LifeWorks.com email domain to your email account’s safe senders list.
• Check with your company's IT team to ensure they are not blocking email notifications from LifeWorks.
