What if my verification link doesn't work?

If your verification link doesn't work, please make sure you are using one of our supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 10/11) and that any form of private browsing is turned off.

Both the email and password are case sensitive, so if you set your account using Your.Name@company.com you cannot verify with your.name@company.com.
