Why do I have to be approved to use LifeWorks?

If you have signed up to LifeWorks using an invitation code, your account must be approved in order to keep it private, safe and secure.

If you see a message displaying “Approval pending” when you attempt to log in, this means your account has not been approved yet.

If you have been waiting to be approved for over one week, please speak to your HR department.
