You can retake assessments in the app by clicking “Check your mental health” on the Assessment results card on the My Care page. Here, you can view your previous results and click the circular arrow to the right to take the assessment again.
To retake all assessments, scroll down to the bottom of this page and click the “Retake all assessments” button.
