If you have forgotten your password, you can click ‘Forgotten your password?’ below the password field on the login page. You will then be asked to enter the email address that you registered to TELUS Health One with. If there is an account with that address, we will then send you an email with a link to reset your password. When you click on this, it will open a new window where you can enter a new password.
If you are already logged into TELUS Health One but would like a new password you can update it via this link. To create a new password you will first need to verify your existing one.
Please be aware, despite creating a new password your web browser may still have the old one stored. When logging in again be sure to delete any pre-populated passwords and manually type in your new one.
Please make sure you are using one of our supported browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge) and that any form of private browsing is turned off.
